ANNA SCHOPP, NASM - CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

Anna is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is an excellent athlete and coach (specializing in tennis and golf).  She knows how to motivate the people around her to reach their highest potential and is able to think outside the box to create effective workouts and teach proper technique (whether it be a kettlebell swing or a backswing). It's not unusual to walk into the gym and see her clients sweating profusely and smiling at the same time.

She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from Lubbock Christian University in Texas. A decorated golfer, Anna earned NAIA All-American status after her junior and senior campaigns (2012-13) and was recognized as an All-American honorable mention her sophomore season.

A native of Bremen, Germany, she came to Milwaukee to pursue her Master's Degree and found a passion for fitness, coaching and training. She is an assistant coach with the Cardinal Stritch University Men's and Women's Golf teams. As such, she designs and implements their strength and conditioning programs. In addition to her coaching responsibilities at Stritch, Anna trains members of the Cardinal Stritch University Tennis team.

Anna completed her first Tough Mudder in 2014. If you can't find her in the gym, she's probably biking, reading, "puzzling" or watching a superhero movie.
