STRENGTH & CONDITIONING FOR ATHLETES

A  sport specific strength and conditioning program is essential to developing athleticism and preventing injuries in all athletes from youth to professionals. Sara combines proven exercises and progressions with creative formatting to help teams and individuals reach their goals. In addition to gaining strength, stability, power, and quickness, Sara strives to ensure that her athletes gain self-confidence, learn to communicate more effectively and become overall better leaders and teammates.
